Wu Xia

Wu Xia is one of the stand-out movies of the year, and certainly for Donnie Yen, one of his finest performances ever, possibly even eclipsing his excellent portrayal of Wing Chun Grandmaster Ip Man, in the titular role of that film and the subsequent sequel. Not only does Donnie shine in his role as man-with-a-secret-past, Liu Jinxi, he absolutely dazzles us with his on-screen action choreography, which for me, is his best ever! Read more
